Types of treatment available 

  • Live spraying

If we find live termites on your property during an inspection, we will use direct chemicals on them. We apply Termidor – a termite killing product that exterminates the nest. If you, your employee, or any member of your family detect live termites, call us immediately so that we can trace their nest and eliminate them.

  • Termite barriers

We use physical and chemical barriers to repel and kill termites. Our physical barrier uses protective sheets, foams, sealants, and capping to block possible entryways at the foundation. By blocking entryways during construction, subterranean termites won’t make their way into your property.

Chemical barriers form a zone around your property. We apply Termidor in the soil where there are termites. When termites cross the barrier, they automatically become carriers of a slow-acting virus. The virus spreads by contact, so each infected passes it to secondary carriers until the entire colony is infected. The chemical will weaken their mandibles, prevent feeding, and stop their moulting process. This will continue until the entire nest is eliminated.

  • Termite baiting

We install termite baits in parts of your property where you don’t want us to drill. We load the stations with cellulose-filled baits and mix them with Termidor. When termites feed on the bait, they carry the virus and spread it through the colony until every termite is killed off.

  • Termite reticulation

Our reticulation system distributes Termidor through a pipe system around a building. We dig trenches and lay pipes that allow us to pump chemicals to form a barrier around a property. The reticulation system is a one-time solution for keeping termite outs for up to 10 years.
